We were reviewing our phone calls and some of the statements that we receive from our future clients.  We wanted to address some issues that we think need addressing for all of our industry, not just our company.

There are many companies in the Orlando area that will offer to provide transportation while you are here in Orlando.  All are not reputable nor will they provide a reliable service, and how would you, the consumer know that?

Most consumers think that they are very savvy, shopping price online and getting the “best price”, and that makes them a great shopper.

Here in Orlando, that is not the case. 

We have many companies that we in the business, refer to as

“Flying by the seat of your pants Carpet Limo Services”, & also the 6 month wonders (that come into the business and last all of six months, they take your money and then they are gone like a bad dream)that will provide the cheapest rate you will find and they also do one more thing for you……..they will also provide you with a much less than desirable experience than you had hoped for.

The ‘great bargain’ that you thought you were getting isn’t such a good bargain when they are late, you can’t reach them on the phone, the car or van is dirty, the vehicle is old or falling apart, or worse yet, they don’t show up at all, or you can’t understand your driver if they do show up, or they are already out of business because they have cut their rates so low, they can’t afford to stay in business any longer.

When you search for a company to take your family from the airport or to Port Canaveral or anywhere else in Orlando, please make an educated decision, not based on “who has the cheapest rate”.  Think of all the decisions that you make on a daily basis that are not based on choosing the lowest price and why you choose to do that………..

Price shopping is always a good idea; you never want to take the highest or the lowest.  You always want to come out somewhere in the middle. 

Make sure you remember that in your transportation needs as well.

Your life and your family’s life are in the hands of the transporter you have chosen……….choose them well!
