Dear Folks,
I had forgotten all about the knight in shining armor and had come to believe there was no such thing; then Bill came to pick me up at the airport. My life had been uprooted by an abusive husband who gets his kicks from picking on people he professes to love.
Well, the old goat probably messed his pants when he saw Bill. Exuding an air of confidence and know how, Bill stayed and jumped my car- a few times- and saw me safely to I-95. Because of this man's easy confidence the Beast would not dare become confrontational. It was not so much the words Bill said but the ernest approach to my problem with the car and protective nature that shamed my soon to be ex-husband. So kudos to Bill and your company. Consider yourselves the only game in town next time I need transportation!

PS I have attached a picture of my happy son with the limo/chauffer. We have taken many limo rides before but never been as impressed with the caliber of service! Our driver was beyond excellent! Your entire operation was outstanding from customer service beforehand to the driver and vehicle. We will never use anyone else in Orlando again and we have encouraged others to use your service. Dear Sir Randolph:
Our daughter in Austin, TX arranged for a wonderful 60th birthday surprise for her dad and I just wanted to write a wee note to let you know we had a delightful trip (red carpet and all) from our home in Oviedo to the Peabody Hotel for an afternoon of ducks and dinner. Gary was completely surprised. When we arrived at the Peabody...as we got out of the Limo Mr. Pinnefort announced Gary and his 60th birthday to all the curious bystanders. On our return trip it was pouring down rain but we had a wonderful trip home. Mr. Pinnifort was charming and we had a delightful chat. I know who I'll call if we ever need/want limousine service in the future.

Dear Janice,
I can't say enough wonderful things about the service we received from you and your company. We have used a few other limo services in our travels to Florida, which average twice a year, and they were MAYBE mediocre at best. You all were everything and MORE than you promised.
As you know, I was celebrating my triplet daughters' 21st birthday, and it meant the world to me that they had a special experience. Well...I must say, you did that plus more. You really went above and beyond to cater to our individual needs, without my even asking for such attention to detail. You made sure that my developmentally disabled daughter was thrilled, and my daughter who dislikes lots of over the top attention was very pleased! My third daughter (who is actually the oldest, in case she reads this) is more easy going and was just excited and really happy. They all fell in love with Pinnifort, and I had to joke that I might have to make him my new boyfriend! Of course, how can you not get some attention with that car??? So amazing and awesome, now I'm spoiled and always want the Rolls!...and by the way, the girls did not seem to mind the attention when they said to me.." Mom, even OTHER people are taking pictures of us with our car!"
I am also impressed that your rates are so reasonable. I have paid more for less service with other companies. Also, if I had used the shuttle service that the cruise line offers, I would have paid almost as much, to be herded like cattle on a huge bus that takes a long time to get anywhere. I have used the shuttle before....never again!! It's all about you guys now! We'll certainly be calling again anytime we travel in your service area. I will never use another limo company or transport option again.

This email is for you...you were right on! You know your stuff....when you said people are excited going to...then exhausted coming back..I have pics to prove it! LOL..I am going through my pictures and thought you might enjoy seeing how very right you are! I knew it from my other travels, but look at these girls! Hahaha!
Oh, and one pic is of Alli, my developmentally disabled one, trying her best to look for Pinnifort through the mirror on the side...we finally opened the privacy screen for her, but what a riot! Then she went to sleep.
I hope I'm not a pest sending all of this to you, but it was a huge part of our trip. I know from my own work, dealing with the public, we don't get enough positive feedback; I want you to have that! You are wonderful!

While families who stay at theme-park hotels enjoy special advantages-at Disney World, for example, guests gain early admission to a different park each morning-they often pay a steep premium for on-premise lodging. Although nightly rates at Disney World start at under $100 for a double, those rooms get snapped up quickly; the next-cheapest accommodations start at around $150 and go up to more than $1,000.
Aren't there other hotels nearby? The Disney reservation clerk we spoke with conceded there were, but she painted a picture of hour-long waits to get into the Disney parking lot and hinted that you might find yourself staying in carjack territory. Not necessarily-simply stick with the widely known chains within several miles of the park. For example, AAA gave us the names of a Comfort Inn and a Ramada Inn situated just two and six miles, respectively, from Disney World's main gate. Their discounted rates included a buffet breakfast and were about $20 lower than Disney's cheapest rate. Factor in the money you'll save by eating dinner outside the park, and you'll likely find the benefits of staying off-site outweigh the drawbacks.

Janice, I just want to say that we were trilled with the limo and the driver. Things did not go exactly as planned for my sisters bachelorette party (everyone drank way too much at the house), when the time came for us to be picked up by the limo~ we were all quite annoying to say the least. We did make it out to City walk for an hour or so. However, it quickly became very clear to us the my sister(the lady of the hour) had enough and it was time to come home. Penifordge, literally, came to her rescue like a knight in shining armour. He gave her his jacket and even carried her down the stairs (she was able to walk though), the sweetest jestures! He was precious!! I hope that he enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed him! Our night would not have been the same with out him!
